Competition Terms – Social Media
Terms and rules for A'VERIE STUDIO's social media competitions.
The competition is organized by A'VERIE STUDIOS.
The competitions are in no way sponsored, promoted, administered by or affiliated with Instagram/TikTok/Facebook.
When you participate in any of our competitions, you agree to A'VERIE STUDIOS competition rules, terms and conditions and personal data processing.

The Instagram, Facebook or TikTok profile you are competing from must be created in accordance with the respective platform's community rules. Fake profiles may not participate in the competitions.
Competitors must be resident in Sweden and over 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to remove and report contributions deemed illegal or otherwise ethically or morally objectionable/offensive.
If the competition involves you submitting a competition entry, by your participation you transfer the copyright regarding the entry to A'VERIE STUDIOS. This means, among other things, that all of your rights to the contribution cease and that A'VERIE STUDIOS may use the contribution, without limitation in time, in any way, but only within A'VERIE STUDIOS's normal operations and in accordance with Swedish law and good practice.
The winner is selected by Team A'VERIE STUDIOS and based on its contribution, if nothing else is stated in the competition. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.
You who participate in the competition agree that we may post your contribution on our website and advertise/draw attention to the contribution in A'VERIE STUDIOS's marketing.
The winner will be announced on the channel from which the competition takes place, where the winner(s) will be contacted and informed of the win. Within 7 days after this, the winner(s) must provide contact details and address for delivery of the prize via personal message. If the winner does not contact A'VERIE STUDIOS within 7 days of the announcement of the winner, A'VERIE STUDIOS has the right to appoint a new winner. The prize will be sent within 5 days after A'VERIE STUDIOS receives the winner's address details.
The prize/Win cannot be withdrawn in cash and cannot be exchanged for other products, gift cards or an equivalent prize. Any profit tax is paid by the winner.
A'VERIE STUDIOS's competition rules and conditions are regulated in accordance with Swedish law.
Reservation
We reserve the right to make any changes to competition conditions, typographical errors, and for technical errors or lost functionality where the problem lies with another supplier, e.g. Instagram.
ATTENTION! In connection with notification of a win, we will never ask you for bank details or ask you to click on any link, or notify from any other account that is not ours. If you win, we will ask you to send the following information to our email hello@averiestudios.com

Payments
We accept the following payments:

At the moment we can only offer purchases in SEK, however you are able to view the price in your preferred currency.
Orders
When you have made a purchase with us, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery notification to the email you've registered.
If you haven't received it, make sure to check your Junk Mail.
Shipping
Shipping within Sweden
We strive to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, within 1-4 days.
For deliveries within Sweden we use Postnord as a delivery partner, where your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox if possible.
A'VERIE STUDIOS are not responsible for delays that occur with Postnord or any other delivery partner.
Shipping outside of Sweden
Deliveries outside of Sweden will be delivered within 2-7 days, depending on country.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy from when you receive the delivery.
After the 14 days have gone by, you unfortunately can't return your order.
For returns or exchange please contact order@averiestudios.com and describe your errand, and we will help you as soon as possible.
Please remember to write your order number in the email.
Reclaims & Complaints
We always try to ensure that our items are in the right condition before we send them.
If you have received a defect item, we are terribly sorry, and we want to help you with your errand in the best possible way.
Please send us an e-mail to hello@averiestudios.com with a description of your errand + photos of the item, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our support-team speaks both Swedish and English.
Material & Specifications
Our Bag Hooks are made of brass.
Good quality is important to us and we want to ensure that your bag hangs safe when you use our products.
The Bag Hooks can hold up to 8 kg.
To keep your item in good condition, we recommend you to store it in the dust-bag that comes with the item when not in use.
